✨Bridges & Balance Fundraiser w/ @ebb_and_flow.ie ✨ On Saturday we had a lovely morning after our Saturday Sweat class with Aoife from @ebb_and_flow.ie for a great cause @pieta.house 🤩 🙏 We took some time to relax , get comfortable & breath before setting out on our walk across the 3 Bridges and we then came back and enjoyed some Yoga , Stretching & Relaxation time . 🧘‍♀️🤗 We finished of with some Tea , Chats and delicious treats thanks to the lovely @bridge14coffee 😍🤤 This weekend have our Christmas Training morning in Nenagh followed by our members night out - we still have our fundraiser link in our bio and would appreciate any donations while the link is still active 🙏🔗 We look forward to 2025 already @train_gyms 😍✨

OUR TRAIN TEENS IS STAYING 😍 We are on our last week of our first intake which was a great success for all attendees 👏 So much so that TRAIN TEENS will continue on Fridays at 4-5pm in Nenagh . 😍 We want our Nenagh Teens to get as confident as they can in the gym , learn how to train effectively + safely , enjoy the benefits of physical activity and most of all have an encouraging environment to train in 🤩 Our TRAIN TEENS class will be a pathway for teens to join our other mainstream classes : once we feel they are at a level suitable to join our main classes here at Nenagh we will be thrilled to see them attend some other classes on our weekly timetable. TRAIN TEENS can join our gym on a Monthly Membership €65.00 p/month for those that would like to attend other classes during on our timetable , 8 Class Pack €100, 12 Class Pack €140 Or as Drop Ins for €15.00 💪 Please note TEENS Monthly Memberships will include limited class access until they have attended our TRAIN TEENS class .
